GoGit Labs ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Arrow mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you log in to the App, we collect:

• Username and password (for authentication purposes)
• User role and organization association

Accounts are created and managed by your organization's administrator. The App does not offer self-registration.

1.2 Location Data

The App requests access to your device's precise location (GPS) to:

• Capture delivery coordinates for customer addresses
• Associate geographic locations with customer records for route planning

Location data is collected only when you explicitly initiate the "Capture Location" action within the App. We do not collect location data in the background or when the App is not in use.

1.3 Business Data

In the course of using the App, you may enter:

• Customer information (name, mobile number, address, zip code)
• Product information (product name, price)
• Order information (customer selection, product quantities, order dates)

This data belongs to your organization and is entered by authorized users for business operations.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for:

• Authentication: Verifying your identity and granting access to your organization's data
• Order Management: Creating, viewing, and managing delivery orders
• Route Optimization: Using customer locations to generate efficient delivery routes
• Business Operations: Managing your organization's customers, products, and delivery history

3. Data Storage and Security

• Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using hardware-backed secure storage (Android Keystore)
• All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections
• Business data is stored on secure servers and is accessible only to authenticated users within your organization
• We do not store passwords on your device

4. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal information or business data to third parties, except:

• When required by law or valid legal process
• To protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property

5. Third-Party Services

The App may open external links to Google Maps for viewing delivery locations and routes. When you follow such links, Google's own privacy policy applies. We do not embed any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs within the App.

6. Data Retention

• Your business data (orders, customers, products) is retained for as long as your organization's account remains active
• Authentication sessions expire automatically, requiring re-login
• You may request deletion of your data by contacting your organization's administrator or us directly

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw location permissions at any time through your device settings

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
